Privacy and data protection notice

How personal data is handled when you visit this site, contact us, or receive an approach from Asopel.

Last updated: 9 August 2026

What this notice covers

This notice covers Asopel’s website, contact that you initiate, and business contact details used in outreach to hotels.

The data controller’s registered name, address, phone number, and email address appear at the foot of this page.

Site visits and technical records

This site has no analytics, advertising tracking code, or first-party tracking cookies. The project brief does not store what you submit on the site or in a database; it is delivered as an email to Asopel’s business inbox and kept there.

The hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request records such as an IP address, browser information, requested path, and request date and time to deliver the site, protect it, and investigate technical problems. Asopel may access those records only when needed.

When you contact us

If you contact us through the project brief, WhatsApp, phone, or email, we may process your name, contact details, message, and the problem context you provide. We use it to answer your first-conversation request, assess the appropriate scope, conduct the conversation, and keep required business records. The project brief is not a channel for secrets or files.

The WhatsApp link takes you to a third-party service. Activity there is also subject to that provider’s own privacy terms.

Why we may have contacted you

If we sent your hotel an introductory message or video, we may have obtained the business name, a contact channel published by the business, and links to its website or social accounts from public business sources.

Information being visible online does not create an unlimited right to use it for every purpose. The source, the purpose for which it was published, the necessity of contact, and applicable commercial electronic messaging rules are assessed for each channel.

When you book a call

When you choose a time in the calendar, your name, your email address or phone number, your organisation if you give one, and any short note you write are stored along with the time you selected. This information is used only to arrange the call, send the meeting link, and send one reminder before it.

An appointment is kept differently from the other forms on this site: the record has to persist past the call itself so the slot stays taken and the reminder can reach you. Appointment records are deleted 180 days after the meeting date.

The meeting link is created through a third-party conferencing service; joining it also places you under that provider’s own privacy terms. To cancel an appointment or ask for the record to be deleted, write to us through the contact channels at the foot of this page.

Transfers outside Türkiye

The site’s hosting and email delivery are provided by Cloudflare, and the business inbox by Google. Those providers operate servers outside Türkiye, so when you write to us your name, contact details, and message may be processed abroad.

The transfer happens only to deliver your message, to let us reply, and to keep the site running. This information is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

Sharing and retention

Data may be shared with hosting and communications providers only to the extent needed to provide the service, and with authorised public bodies where a legal obligation applies.

No separate record is created on the site for a project brief or an email; the message is kept in the business inbox and is not deleted automatically. If you want a message removed from that inbox, write to us through the contact channels at the foot of this page.

Records are kept only while the purpose and applicable retention obligations continue. They are then deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.

If you do not want further contact

Tell us on WhatsApp or by email that you do not want further contact. You do not need to give a reason, and promotional contact stops.

We retain only the minimal suppression record needed to avoid writing to the same channel again, such as the contact identifier and date of refusal. It is not used for another marketing purpose.

Your rights and how to apply

Under Article 11 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion where the conditions apply, and object to a processing result.

Send your request through the registered contact channels at the foot of this page. Once identity and the scope of the request are verified, it is answered within the statutory period.
